Items will be repaired/replaced ONCE. Customer(s) must email first for return instructions. If the item cannot be repaired due to discontinued materials, the purchase price will be refunded less postage. Commissioned work requires 50% deposit, with remainder payable when work is complete, BEFORE shipment. Commissioned work requires a minimum three (3) week lead time from the date of the deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS. New York Sales Tax is collected when applicable.
